BILL MILLER is CEO & President of Valchemy, he has more than 20 years
experience in both corporate development and general management at
leading enterprise software companies and Fortune 100 corporations. Over
the last 10 years, Bill Miller has been involved in hundreds of M&A
deals, having played a leadership role in due diligence, integration and
planning for acquisitions, joint ventures and investments. Before
joining Valchemy, Bill was president of iMediation S.A. He transformed
the European start-up into a scaleable enterprise software company with
a significant U.S. market presence. Prior to iMediation, Bill was an
executive at Intel Capital, the group responsible for Intel's active
equity investment and M&A programs. Bill also held executive roles in
marketing, finance, operations, and served as a general manager during
his tenure at Intel. He holds a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering
from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Profile
