BERTRAND SCIARD is the Chief Executive Officer of Intentia International
AB, one of the world's leading providers of enterprise applications for
the mid-market. Based in Stockholm, Sweden, Intentia serves more than
3,400 customers in the manufacturing, maintenance and distribution
industries via a global network spanning 40 countries. Intentia is
publicly traded on the Stockholm Stock Exchange (INT B). Mr. Sciard is
responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth and management
of the company. Following his appointment as CEO in May 2004, Mr. Sciard
has implemented an aggressive operational plan for the company. His
goals are to achieve profitability, enhance customer satisfaction,
improve the speed and quality of the delivery of new products,
strengthen market leadership in enterprise applications and increase
growth. Before joining Intentia, Mr. Sciard served as Executive Vice
President of GEAC, a business performance management software company,
where he was responsible for all operations within the EMEA and Asia
Pacific regions. An experienced executive in the enterprise application
market, Mr. Sciard has held several senior management positions
including European Managing Director of JBA Plc and President and CEO of
Presys. Prior to joining Presys, Mr. Sciard held several senior roles at
