BERNARD DIFIORE has a unique combination of management experience and
entrepreneurial success in the health care and financial services
arenas, providing a solid foundation for his most recent role as
President and CEO of BenefitMall.com. His successful business leadership
of organizations ranging in size from start 'up companies to $1 billion
corporations paved the way for Mr. DiFiore to assume his critical role
in re-shaping the marketplace for employee benefit products within the
1$ trillion insurance industry. Before joining the company, he served as
President and Treasurer of The Aquinas Funds, Inc. and as President of
Aquinas Investment Advisors, Inc. During his tenure, Mr. DiFiore created
a national financial services company and publicly traded mutual fund.
He also was Founder and President of Coordinated Benefits Systems, Inc.,
where he built a health benefits management company that integrated the
management of employee benefit services for self-insured organizations.
Mr. DiFiore negotiated the company's successful merger with August
International Corporation, where his continued management expertise
helped the company grow to become one of the 10 largest privately held
health management companies in the U.S. An expert in field, he published
a guide to Worker's Compensation. Prior to his work in the employee
benefits field, Mr. DiFiore has substantial experience in city
administration and personnel management. Key positions held were the
Director of Personnel for the city of Dallas, TX, and the City
Administrator for the city of Ballwin, MO. Recognized for his
accomplishments, he received the Management Innovation Award from the
state of Missouri. He also served as an appointee to president Ronald
Reagan's Privatization Task Force. Mr. DiFiore earned a Master of Public
Administration degree from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from
the University of Cincinnati. He lives with his wife and two children in
