BENJAMIN D. GOLDMAN is President and Vice Chairman of Orleans
Homebuilders, Inc. Since 1989 he has been active in the management of
Orleans Homebuilders, first as Executive Vice President, then as
President and now as Vice Chairman. He has served as a Director since
1992. Mr. Goldman was engaged in the active practice of law at the law
firm of Wolf, Block, Schorr & Solis-Cohen in Philadelphia from 1972 to
1978. In 1978, Mr. Goldman founded Settlers Title Agency in Marlton, New
Jersey, and Settlers Abstract Company in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. These
two companies engaged in the business of insuring title to real estate.
In 1987 he became a Managing Director of Eastern Mortgage Services, a
mortgage banking business. Mr. Goldman graduated Cheltenham High School
in 1964. He graduated from Boston University in 1968 with a Bachelor of
Arts degree and graduated from Temple University School of Law in 1972
