JAMES S. LUSK is the Chief Financial Officer of MIM Corporation.
Prior to this, Mr. Lusk was associated with Lucent and AT&T for
20 years, most recently holding the position of President,
Business Services. He has extensive experience in managing major
business and financial components of both small and large
corporations with broad domestic and international operations. He
began his career at Peat, Marwick and Mitchell where he
concentrated on the healthcare and banking industries. Mr. Lusk
earned his BS in Economics from the Wharton School, University of
Pennsylvania in 1978 and received his MBA in Finance from Seton
Hall University in 1983. Mr. Lusk is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey Society of
CPAs, Institute of Management Accountants, Financial Executive
Institute, and is co-author of a book entitled Shared Services. Profile
BARRY A. POSNER is the Executive Vice President of MIM
Corporation. He was elected Vice President of MIM in April 1998,
one year after joining the company as General Counsel and being
elected Secretary. Prior to this, Mr. Posner was associated with
the Stamford, Connecticut, law firm of Finn Dixon & Herling LLP,
where he practiced corporate law in the areas of mergers and
acquisitions and securities, as well as commercial real estate
law. Mr. Posner earned his BA in History and Economics from Emory
University in 1985 and received his JD from Boston University
School of Law in 1988. Mr. Posner is a member of the American and
New York State Bar Associations, the American Society of
Corporate Secretaries and the American Health Lawyers
Association, and resides in New York City. Profile
