DAVID H. KURZMAN joined H.C. Wainwright & Co., Inc. in January 2000 to
increase the company's research presence in the emerging Alternative
Energy sector. Since that time, Mr. Kurzman has gained recognition as an
expert in his sector, been rated 'Best On The Street' by The Wall Street
Journal, as a Zack's All-Star Analyst, been featured in numerous
national and industry newspapers and magazines including The Wall Street
Journal's Heard On The Street column, USA Today, Barron's Financial
Weekly, BusinessWeek, Bloomberg Magazine, and Wall Street Research, and
is a speaker at various Alternative Energy conferences around the
country as well as on television. In 2002, Mr. Kurzman initiated
coverage of the Filtration Technology sector to complement his existing
research. Mr. Kurzman began his career on the "buy side" working for
Wallace R. Weitz & Co. He then joined Value Line, Inc. He grew up in New
York City, and he earned his Bachelor of Arts from Grinnell College. Profile
