ALPHONSE M. LUCCHESE, has served as the Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of Davox since July 1994. Prior to joining Davox, Mr. Lucchese
was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Iris Graphics, Inc. His
past experience also includes executive positions at Xyvision, Inc. and
Raytheon Data systems, Inc. He holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in
