ALLEN SWANN joined Prime Response in 1998 and is responsible for its
international operations, which include Europe, Middle East, Africa and
Asia Pacific. Mr Swann brings considerable sales and business
development expertise, including 12 years at Oracle in the United
Kingdom. At Oracle, Mr Swann served as Director of Alliances, where he
expanded the Company's UK business from 25% to more than 50% in less
than three years. Prior to that position, Mr Swann was Oracle's UK Sales
Director, where he was instrumental in increasing UK revenues from GBP55
million to GBP300 million. Previously, Mr Swann worked at Comshare, a
provider of financial and database modeling solutions, assisting in the
Company's transition to providing in-house software. He also worked in
the operational research division at British Gas, one of the UK's
largest energy providers, developing data modeling and statistical
forecasting associated with purchasing from North Sea gas vendors. Mr
Swann earned his degree in Operational Research and Statistics from
