ALAN STINSON is Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of
Fidelity National Financial, Inc. Mr. Stinson joined the company in
October 1998 as Executive Vice President - Financial Operations and in
June 1999 was appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Financial
Officer. Prior to his employment with the company, Mr. Stinson was
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Alamo Title
Holding Company, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. From 1968 to 1994,
Mr. Stinson was employed by Deloitte & Touche, LLP where he was a
Partner from 1980 to 1994. Mr. Stinson received a BA in Accounting from
the University of Texas in 1968 and he is a member of the American
