Alan Krock – Integrated Device Technology (idti)

ALAN F. KROCK, Vice President and CFO of Intergrated Device Technology, Inc. (IDT), manages all aspects of the company's financial functions, including financial transactions, financial reporting, business planning and investor relations. In addition, he oversees IDT's administrative functions including human resources and legal groups. Since 1984, Mr. Krock has held senior-level positions within high technology and financial enterprises. Prior to his current position, Mr. Krock served as IDT's Vice President and Corporate Controller, overseeing domestic and worldwide financial reporting and systems. Before joining IDT, he was Corporate Controller for Rohm USA and a Senior Manager at Price Waterhouse, now PricewaterhouseCoopers, in the United States and Australia. Mr. Krock received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
