A. BRUCE O'CONNOR has been with Middlesex Water Company since
1990. In 1996, he was elected as Vice President and Controller
and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Middlesex, Mr.
O'Connor was employed by Deloitte & Touche, an international
accounting firm, where he was hired as an auditor and then
progressed to tax services where his client base included
numerous New Jersey utilities. He received his degree in
Accounting from Monmouth University and his MBA with a
