W. MARK MEYER is a Vice President at Simmons & Company. Prior to this he
joined A.T. Kearny as a management consultant. A graduate from Texas A&M
University with honors with a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum
Engineering, he also obtained a Master’s Degree in Business
Administration from the University of Chicago. Mr. Meyer is a member of
SPE, IPAA, TIPRO and NAPIA.

VIVIAN R. WOHL is a First Vice President and Senior Industry Fundamental
Equities Analyst of Merrill Lynch in San Francisco where she is
responsible for the premier medical device and hospital supply companies
in the U.S. Previously, she was associated with Robertson, Stephens &
Co. and Crown Advisors. Ms. Wohl is a frequent participant in industry
forums sponsored by the Health Industry Manufacturing Association. She
earned her Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and her M.B.A. from
Columbia’s Graduate School of Business.

VIREN MEHTA, Pharm.D, is a Managing Member of Mehta Partners LLC. He has
over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology
industry, investment research, strategic advisory services, and asset
management. Prior to founding Mehta and Isaly, where he pioneered an in-
depth valuation methodology for biotechnology companies, Dr. Mehta was a
part of the strategic planning team of the international division at
Merck & Co. He earned a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of
Southern California, and an MBA from the Anderson School of Business at
the University of California, Los Angeles.

VICTOR B. MILLER, IV is a Managing Director with Bear, Stearns &
Company, Inc. Previously, he was associated with Chase Manhattan Bank,
where he served in the Media and Telecommunications Group. Mr. Miller
holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Georgetown University and an
MBA from Columbia University. In his leisure, he enjoys record
collecting, collecting Fleischer animation, and golf.

URSULA H. MORAN is a Senior Research Analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein &
Co., Inc., following specialty hard-good retailers. Prior to joining the
firm, she was Director of Retail Operations and Planning for Coach
Leatherware, as well as a Retail Industry Consultant at Booz, Allen &
Hamilton. Ms. Moran began her retail career in the executive training
program at Bloomingdale’s in New York. She earned a Bachelor’s degree
from Harvard-Radcliffe and an MBA with distinction from Harvard
University.

TRACY MARSHBANKS is a Vice President at First Analysis Securities
Corporation. Previously, he was associated with Amoco Corp. He received
his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Colorado State
University, his MBA from the University of Chicago and his PhD in
Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.

TOM CURLIN leads the fabric computing research practice at RBC Capital
Markets. His team employs a unique combination of deep industry
knowledge and seasoned investment experience when evaluating emerging
and established companies in the data center technology markets. Mr.
Curlin joined RBC in 2001 from Morgan Keegan & Co. where he worked in a
similar capacity. Previously he earned his MBA with highest academic
standing from the University of Memphis while designing mobile computing
systems as an engineer at Federal Express. He also designed industrial
control and power distribution systems as a student engineer at
Kimberly-Clark Corporation while earning a BS in Electrical Engineering,
summa cum laude, from Mississippi State University.

TOM CARPENTER is the Senior Technology Analyst for Hilliard Lyons,
having joined the firm in July 2000. He previously worked at CIBC
Oppenheimer and the Bank of New York. His research background is
primarily in telecom and technology. His focus at Hilliard Lyons is
wireless technologies, and this encompasses hardware, software,
infrastructure, data services, and manufacturing ‘ basically the entire
food chain except for operators. Mr. Carpenter received his
undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Florida and his
MBA from Georgetown University. He is a member of AIMR and the New York
Society of Security Analysts.

TOM ABRAMS is an Analyst/Vice President at Credit Suisse First Boston
and was previously associated with Lord Abbett & Co., Kidder, Peabody &
Co., Oppenheimer & Co., and CSFB. A Chartered Financial Analyst, he
earned an A.B. degree from Hamilton College and an M.B.A. from Cornell
University. He is a member of the Steel Analyst Group. Mr. Abrams is
married and has one child.

TODD K. KOFFMAN, a Managing Director at Raymond James, joined the
firm’s Equity Research Department in June 1998, focusing on
telecommunications and cable equipment. Mr. Koffman has been quoted
extensively in The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, The Street.com
and Kiplinger. He has also been featured on CNBC and On24, Inc. He has
previously held analyst positions at Lehman Brothers and Dean Witter
Reynolds. Mr. Koffman also has experience as an RF Electronics Engineer
with Raytheon and Grumman Aerospace. He holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Physics from the State University of New York and an MBA from
Adelphi University.
