JOHN ROBERTS is a Senior Vice President at The Buckingham Research
Group, Inc., responsible for the chemical and materials markets. Mr.
Roberts held a similar position at Merrill Lynch for 11 years, and at
Kidder, Peabody for two years before that. Relevant earlier experience
includes five years at Booz, Allen as a strategy consultant to chemical
companies, and five years as a chemical process design engineer. Mr.
Roberts holds Master’s degrees in Management from the MIT Sloan School,
and in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University. He is married with
two school-age boys who keep him active in skiing, golf and tennis, and
he also serves on the editorial board of Chemical Management Review
magazine and the board of directors for the US Section of the Societe
de Chemie Industrielle.

JOHN RANSOM is a Vice-President-Senior Healthcare Services Analyst at
Raymond James in St. Petersburg, Florida. Previously, he was associated
with First Union Capital Markets Healthcare Finance Group. He earned his
Bachelor’s degree in English with a business minor from Presbyterian
College and his MBA from the University of Georgia. Mr. Ransom is
married, has two children, and includes family, sports, church, and
friends among his personal interests.

JOHN R. SOUTER is a Director and Research Analyst at SG Cowen covering
the health care information technology industry. He has covered health
care services and technology companies, as well as e-health companies,
since 1997. Prior to joining SG Cowen, Mr. Souter was with William Blair
and Company as a health care Research Analyst. He received his BA in
Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA, with a
concentration in Finance, from Northwestern University’s Kellogg
Graduate School of Management. Mr. Souter is a Certified Public
Accountant.

JOHN PANDTLE is a Senior Vice President with Raymond James & Associates,
where he provides research coverage on banks and thrifts located in the
Southeast and Southwest. Raymond James’ regional approach to the banking
industry includes coverage of large, mid-, and small cap banks and
thrifts. Mr. Pandtle joined Raymond James equity capital markets in
April 2002. He began his Raymond James career in 1999 as a senior
financial services analyst covering the bank, thrift, consumer finance,
and asset management sectors at Eagle Asset Management. Before joining
Eagle, Mr. Pandtle was a sellside banking analyst with The Robinson
Humphrey Company for six years. During his tenure, Robinson Humphrey’s
bank group was recognized for its stock picking skills by the Wall
Street Journal in its 1997 All-Star Analyst Survey. Mr. Pandtle has
spent his entire career focusing on Southeast and Texas banks as both an
analyst and an institutional investor and has extensive experience
covering super-regional, regional, and community banks. Mr. Pandtle
graduated from the University of Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of
Business Administration degree in Finance. He also holds the Chartered
Financial Analyst designation.

JOHN P. HERRLIN JR., a First Vice President at Merrill Lynch, is a top
rated Institutional Investor All American analyst for the eighth year in
a row, six of which he was number one. Additionally, he is a top ranked
Greenwich Associates analyst covering exploration and production
companies. He currently follows 23 US oil and gas exploration and
production companies, and six Canadian oil and gas exploration and
production companies. Previously, Mr. Herrlin was an Analyst at Lehman
Brothers, Smith Barney and 13D Research, Inc. His industry experience
includes three years with the U.S. Geological Survey in the Oil and Gas
branch and a year in the branch of exploration research. He studied
Geology at the University of Montana and the Colorado School of Mines,
and has an MBA in Energy Finance. Mr. Herrlin is a member of NAPIA and
AIMR.

JOHN M. MCMILLIN is a Managing Director and Senior Food and Agriculture
Analyst at Prudential Securities. He has been a top-ranked analyst by
Institutional Investor for 16 consecutive years. A Chartered Financial
Analyst, he has a BSBA degree from Bucknell University and an MBA degree
from Babson College. He is a member of the NYSSA and a former President
of the Consumer Analyst Group of New York. Mr. McMillin is married, has

JOHN M. BENSCHE is a Senior Vice President and Senior Wireless Services
Analyst at Lehman Brothers. Previously, he was associated with First
Boston, Gabelli & Company, PaineWebber, and Drexel Burnham. A C.F.A.,
he received his Bachelor’s degree in economics from Wharton and his
M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. Mr. Bensche and his wife reside

JOHN L. BAUER III is a Senior Vice President and Telecom1munications
Analyst at Gerard Klauer Mattison & Co. He was previously associated
with Duff Phelps, Oppenheimer & Co., Kidder Peabody & Co., Prudential
Securities, Lehman Brothers and Fahnestock & Co. He has 18 years of Wall
Street experience as an Analyst in the telecommunications and media
sectors and his coverage universe consists of 15 Competitive Local
Exchange Carriers. Mr. Bauer received a BA in Philosophy and MBA in

JOHN INCH is an Analyst with Bear Stearns & Company, covering machinery

from March 1989. Mr. Hindelong received a Bachelor of Science
degree in Accounting from St. Peter’s College and an MBA from
Fairleigh Dickinson University.
