WILLIAM MARKS is a Director at JMP Securities LLC. He was
previously associated with Montgomery Securities/Banc of America
Securities from 1994 to 2000. He was named the number one real
estate analyst by The Wall Street Journal in 2001. He received a
BA from the University of California at Davis and an MBA from
Northwestern University.

WILLIAM M. WILT, Vice President, joined Morgan Stanley in 2002 to cover
the property/casualty insurance industry. He previously was a Senior
Credit Officer at Moody’s Investors Service where he also followed the
property/casualty sector. Before joining Moody’s, Mr. Wilt was a
Director of Actuarial Consulting at Coopers & Lybrand and an Actuarial
Analyst at a major reinsurance company. He is a Fellow of the Casualty
Actuarial Society and holds an MBA from New York University with
concentrations in Accounting and Finance. He also holds the Chartered
Financial Analyst designation.

WILLIAM M. WIGDER is a managing director in Equity Research at Credit
Suisse First Boston Corporation. He is a Security Analyst responsible
for paper and forest products companies and is Global Coordinator for
the firm’s Equity Paper Group. Formerly, Mr. Wigder was a Limited
Partner with First Manhattan Co. Mr. Wigder is a Chartered Financial
Analyst and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. He is
a twice former President of the Paper and Forest Products Industry
Analyst Splinter Group of the NYSSA. Mr. Wigder received his B.A. from
Rutgers University and his M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate
School of Business.

WILLIAM LOOMIS is Man-aging Director at Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc. He
was previously associated with Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc. Mr. Loomis is a
Chartered Financial Analyst, a member of AIMR and of Baltimore Security
Analyst’s Society. Mr. Loomis received a BS in Finance from the
University of Maryland.

WILLIAM L. YANKUS is the Managing Director of Fox-Pitt, Kelton’s
property-casualty insurance research group which focuses on
virtually all aspects of the property-casualty industry. He
covers many of the large capitalization primary property-casualty
and reinsurance companies. He joined Fox-Pitt, Kelton in 1993.
Prior to that he spent eight years at Conning & Co. as an
insurance analyst. He also spent time at Travelers Insurance
(1984-1985) and Price Waterhouse (1981-1984) where he earned his
CPA designation. He graduated from The College of the Holy Cross
with a degree in Economics/Accounting and he also holds the CFA
designation. He is a member of the AICPA, AIFA, AIMR and CSCPA.

William Jason Lerner is a Managing Director and a Security Analyst at Deutsche
Bank Securities, Inc. Prior to joining the firm in June 2006, he was a Senior
Vice President and Security Analyst at Prudential Equity Group, LLC. Previously,
He was a Security Analyst at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell for two years. He obtained
an MBA degree from Boston University and a BA degree in Political Science from
Syracuse University. He authored “The Irwin Directory of Emerging Market
Brokers,” which was published in 1996. He is also a member of Institutional
Investor’s “All American Research Team.”

WILLIAM J. LERNER is the Senior Gaming Analyst at Prudential Equity
Group, LLC. Prior to focusing on gaming and lodging, Mr. Lerner covered
the TV and radio broadcasters as an Associate Analyst. His experience
also includes coverage of Mexican telecoms and strategy at Deutsche
Morgan Grenfell in New York and Mexico City. He is the author of The
Irwin Directory of Emerging Market Brokers, published by Irwin
Professional Publishing in 1996. Mr. Lerner received a BA from Syracuse
University and an MBA from Boston University.

WILLIAM GENCO is a First Vice President with Merrill Lynch Global
Securities. He is a past President of the Environmental Control Analysts
of New York. Mr. Genco is a graduate of Fordham University and he
received an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
JAIMI GOODFRIEND specializes in research and investment in
environmental/ infrastructure systems and services for First Analysis
Corporation. Prior to joining First Analysis in 1999, she was an
Investment Banking Analyst specializing in consumer mergers and
acquisitions at Montgomery Securities LLC in San Francisco. Ms.
Goodfriend earned Bachelor’s degrees with honors in Economics and
Political Science from the University of Michigan. She is a candidate
for an MBA at Northwestern University.

WILLIAM C. VRATTOS is an Analyst at Georgica Advisors LLC and currently
serves as Director of Listing Services Solutions, Inc., a privately held
telecommunications service company, and of FiberNet (FTGX), a building-
centric CLEC. Previously, he was associated with Morgan Stanley & Co.,
Inc. Mr. Vrattos received his Bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College
and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

WILLIAM BECKLEAN is a Managing Director at Tucker Anthony Inc. in Boston
and head of its Technology Group, where he covers computer networking,
information technology consulting and telecommunications industry.
Previously, he was associated with Kidder Peabody and Bache. Before
entering the securities business, Mr. Becklean managed a variety of
nuclear submarine and surface ship projects with the Navy’s Nuclear
Propulsion Program. A Chartered Financial Analyst, he received his
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Yale University and his
MBA from the Harvard Business School. Mr. Becklean includes rowing and
skiing among his personal interests.
