Brian D. Milligan, CFA, is Vice President and Portfolio Manager of Ave Maria Mutual Funds. Mr. Milligan is Lead Portfolio Manager of the Ave Maria Growth Fund. He is also a research analyst responsible for equity research functions for the firm with a focus on growth companies. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Mr. Milligan was an analyst with Standard & Poor’s. Mr. Milligan has a Bachelor of Science degree from Trine University and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Master of Business Administration degree. He is a CFA charterholder.

Bill Kornitzer, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager who has been with Buffalo Funds for over 17 years and has 26 years of professional investment experience. Previously, Mr. Kornitzer worked at USAA in investment management, Ernst & Young in their Moscow office in corporate finance, and at Arthur Andersen in their valuation services department. At Buffalo Funds, Mr. Kornitzer works with equity portfolios, and his focus areas include technology, financial services, telecommunications, and food and beverage. He received a B.S. degree from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Drexel University

Derek S. Johnston, CFA, is Portfolio Manager and Research Analyst at Conestoga Capital Advisors, LLC. He joined the firm in May 2015 and became Co-Portfolio Manager for the firm’s SMid Cap Growth strategy on February 1, 2016. He also provides equity research across the small- to mid-cap universe. He has 20 years of experience in the financial investment industry. Prior to joining Conestoga, Mr. Johnston worked as a co-portfolio manager for small- and smid-cap portfolios at 300 North Capital, LLC, located in Pasadena, California, from 2007 to 2015. He also was an equity research analyst for small-cap equities at Engemann Asset Management for two years and an equity research associate at Banc of America Securities for three years. Earlier in his career, Mr. Johnston worked at Thomson Financial, Caspian Securities, Inc., and Smith Barney. Mr. Johnston received a Bachelor of Science in 1995 from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.

Connor O’Brien is the CEO and President of O’Shares ETF Investments. He has extensive global investment experience encompassing over 25 years of involvement in the U.S. and international markets, including 15 years in New York, in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets at Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch, and then in investment management. Mr. O’Brien is a graduate of Dartmouth College with an MBA and Middlebury College with a B.A. in physics and economics.

Derek Uldricks is President of Virtua Capital Management, LLC (VCM). VCM is an affiliate of Virtua Partners and is led by Mr. Uldricks. He holds a Series 65 license from FINRA. VCM is in the process of registering as an investment adviser and oversees compliance on Virtua sponsored investments.

Jeremy Held is Senior Vice President and Director of Research at ALPS. Mr. Held has been with ALPS for 22 years.

Kevin R. Miller is Chief Executive Officer of Systelligence, LLC and Portfolio Manager of The E-Valuator Risk Managed Strategy Funds. Mr. Miller is responsible for the investment oversight of the six E-Valuator Risk Managed Strategy — RMS — mutual funds. His career in the securities industry began in 1986 as a registered representative assisting individual clients and qualified plans with the proper asset selection and allocation. In 1997, Mr. Miller launched an open architecture platform of investments to expand access to some of the best investments in the industry. In 2007, he wrote and programmed The E-Valuator investment analytical software. The software proved to be a game changer for his clients, which drove him to create a software company, The E-Valuator, LLC, in 2011. This software is the driving force behind the investment analytics involved with The E-Valuator Risk Managed Strategy Funds. Today, The E-Valuator investment analytical software is sold as a planning tool to advisers throughout the United States. In February 2012, Mr. Miller launched The E-Valuator Risk Managed Strategy collective trust funds. The superior performance generated by these collective trust funds, as well as client demand, drove him to transition these funds from collective trust funds into 1940 Act mutual funds in May 2016. He is a graduate of Northern State University where he earned a B.S. in business management and marketing, and has obtained multiple industry designations over his 30-plus years in the industry. Mr. Miller is a frequent speaker at investment conferences across the United States and has appeared in multiple trade journals, including The Wall Street Journal, Investment News and FA Magazine.

Adam Falcon, CFA, co-founded Princeton Asset Management, LLC and is the firm’s Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Falcon sets the firm’s investment strategies and leads the firm’s investment committee. Mr. Falcon oversees fixed income research, trade identification, allocation, portfolio construction and monitoring. From 2009 to 2015, Mr. Falcon was Executive Director and Chief Investment Strategist of The Cline Group, where he managed large fixed income portfolios for over six and a half years and developed the credit strategies. Prior to The Cline Group, Mr. Falcon managed fixed income portfolios for seven years at PNC Bank in Washington, D.C. Mr. Falcon is a graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he received his MBA with concentrations in finance and financial accounting. He received his B.A. from Bowdoin College, where he graduated summa cum laude and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.

Robert J. McWhirter, CFA, is President of Selective Asset Management, Inc. Prior to establishing Selective Asset Management, Inc., Mr. McWhirter was the Vice President and Portfolio Manager at First Asset Investment Management Inc. and RBC Global Investment Management Inc., where he worked for more than 20 years, including predecessor firm, RBC Dominion Securities Investment Management. He managed approximately $2.25 billion in the Canadian high-technology sector of the Royal Bank’s Canadian Equity Mutual Funds. Mr. McWhirter is a member of the Canadian Society of Technical Analysts and the CFA Society Toronto. He provides regular market commentary for BNN Bloomberg TV and has been featured in The Globe and MailReport on Business and Report on Business Magazine; The Financial Post; Les Affaires; Canadian Business; Investment Executive; Bloomberg; Dow Jones; Reuters; and other industry-related media. Mr. McWhirter is a CFA charterholder. He has a diploma in business marketing and logistics.

Jason Wilson is a Cannabis Research and Banking Expert at ETF Managers Group, LLC. With over 15 years of experience in the asset management, finance and structured product space, Mr. Wilson has a track record of bringing hard-to-access asset classes to market. He has held leadership and senior positions at several leading financial institutions. Most recently, Mr. Wilson was Senior Vice President at INFOR Financial Inc. INFOR is a leading boutique investment bank based in Toronto, Canada, that has worked in connection with a number of companies in the legal cannabis industry, including acting as adviser to Canopy Growth Corporation in connection with entering into its strategic relationship with Constellation Brands. He also worked at the investment banking divisions of Société Générale, France’s third-largest bank, and at CIBC, one of the five largest banks in Canada.  While at Société Générale and CIBC, Mr. Wilson provided asset managers and financial institutions with various capital raising, financing and risk mitigation solutions and strategies. Mr. Wilson has an LLB from the University of Western Ontario. Prior to completing his university studies, Mr. Wilson was a member of the Canadian Forces and is a recipient of the Gulf of Kuwait Medal, awarded for his engagement in direct combat during the Gulf War in 1991.
