ZEV LADERMAN – ADUVA

ZEV LADERMAN is Chairman & CEO Aduva. Mr. Laderman was the CEO of Verticalnet Solutions, a division of the publicly-traded VerticalNet Inc. consolidation of two acquired companies and home-grown IT resources into a commercial software division. Prior to this, Mr. Laderman served as the CEO of Tradeum Inc, a software provider for B2B marketplaces, which was later acquired by VerticalNet Inc for $475 million. Mr. Laderman also served as the Vice President in charge of the Industrial Sector at Oracle Corp (Nasdaq: ORCL), where he was responsible for the establishment of the US industrial sector organization, a $500 million business unit. He later established and ran its European counterpart. As part of Mr. Laderman's responsibilities at Oracle, he was chartered with developing Oracle's vertical market strategies which included building, buying, and/or partnering with third party software vendors.
