DR. ZAKI RAKIB, CEO, co-founded Terayon Communication Systems in 1993,
based on his vision of the developing market for broadband
communication. He was Founder and Vice President of Engineering at
Helios, a high-technology company, which was acquired by Cadence Design
Systems. Dr. Rakib also served as Director of Engineering for Cadence.
With more than 18 years of experience in engineering simulation
technology, Dr. Rakib holds a PhD in Engineering from Ben-Gurion
