WILLIAM C.VASSELL has been President and Chairman of the Board of
Command Security Corporation since 1983, when he acquired the
remaining 50% equity interest in the company. Mr. Vassell is
active in various industry and trade associations. Twice he was
Chairman of the Mid-Hudson Chapter of the American Society for
Industrial Security (the nationally recognized security
association), and he is a Certified Protection Professional
within the Society. He is also a Director of the Associated
Licensed Detectives of New York State and a member of the
