WILLIAM L. BENNETT, Vice Chairman, formerly Chief Executive Officer of
the Noel Group, Inc., a publicly traded buy-out firm, joined the Company
as its Executive Chairman in March 1995 in preparation for the Company's
initial public offering in May 1995. Mr. Bennett was a partner at Bain &
Co., management consultants, from 1976 to 1985 and also was a principal
in a venture capital fund sponsored by Rockefeller & Co., Inc., before
joining Noel in 1987. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School. Profile
