WILLIAM J. MORGAN is President and Managing Director of Pacholder
Associates, Inc. Mr. Morgan is responsible for the supervision of the
firm's portfolio managers and oversees the firm's financial and
investment advisory efforts. Mr. Morgan has significant experience
investing in the distressed sector. He has been responsible for the
overall management of Pacholder's investment management operations since
the inception of Pacholder and is currently in charge of the day-to-day
operations of Pacholder's distressed portfolios. Prior to co-founding
Pacholder Associates in 1983, he was the Fixed Income Portfolio Manager
at the Union Central Life Insurance Company and was responsible for
research and management of a wide variety of securities, primarily fixed
income debt obligations of the U.S. Government and corporate issuers.
Mr. Morgan is also a member of the Board of Directors of ICO, Inc., The
USF&G Pacholder Fund, Inc., Duckwall-Alco Stores, Inc., Kaiser Ventures,
Inc., Christopher Steel, Inc., Clubhouse Enterprise, Inc., Manna Pro
Corporation, Premium Wear, Inc. and Smith Corona Corporation. He
received a B.A. Degree from Kenyon College and M.B.A. Degree from Xavier
