DR. WILLIAM D. HUSE, MD, PhD founded Applied Molecular Evolution, Inc.,
in 1989 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since January 1999. Dr.
Huse was affiliated with The Scripps Research Institute from 1989 to
1990. Prior to joining Scripps, Dr. Huse was Vice President, Research
and Development at Stratagene, Inc., a private biotechnology company,
from 1986 to 1989. Dr. Huse was an Assistant Professor at Yale
University School of Medicine, Section of Molecular Neurobiology, from
1984 to 1986. Dr. Huse received his MD and PhD in Neurosciences from the
Albert Einstein School of Medicine. Dr. Huse completed his post-doctoral
