William Donius – Pulaski Financial Corporation (pulb)

WILLIAM DONIUS was elected President and CEO in December 1997 and Chairman of the Board of Pulaski Financial Corp. in 1998. He previously served as Senior Vice President of the bank with direct responsibility for the mortgage lending, consumer lending and marketing departments of the bank. Mr. Donius joined the bank in 1992 as a loan officer. Mr. Donius currently serves as a Board member of America's Community Bankers, the St. Louis Regional Business Council, ARCHS (Area Resources for Community and Human Services), St. Louis Art Museum Board of Trustees, Missouri Bankers Association and Maryville University Board of Trustees. Mr. Donius holds a BS in Management from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
