WILLIAM H. CHANNELL, JR., has been President, Chief Operating Officer
and a Director of Channell Commercial Corporation since the IPO in 1996.
He joined the company in 1979 and has held the positions of Executive
Vice President, Director of Marketing and National Sales Manager. He has
a BA degree from Willamette University. In 1997, the company was named
to Business Week's hot growth companies list, ranking 60th. In 1998,
1999, and 2000 the company was selected as a Los Angeles Technology Fast
50 company, honoring the fastest growing technology companies in the Los
Angeles metropolitan area. In 1999 and 2000, Channell was chosen by
Forbes magazine as one of the 200 Best Small Companies in the US. Profile
