William Aylesworth – Texas Instruments Incorporated (txn)

WILLIAM A. AYLESWORTH was elected Senior Vice President of Texas Instruments Incorporated, one of the world's leading electronics companies, in January 1988. He joined TI as a member of the Control Management Program in Dallas in 1967, the same year he earned a Master's degree in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University. He held numerous assignments in control, manufacturing, and marketing in the Materials and Controls Group before joining Texas Instruments Treasury services in 1972. In 1980, Mr. Aylesworth was elected Assistant Treasurer and in 1982 he became Vice President and Treasurer. That was followed by his selection as Principal Financial Officer in 1984 and Chief Financial Officer a year later.
