WILLIAM A. BLACK is President and Chief Executive Officer of Maritime Life Assurance Company. He was educated at Dalhousie University, and received a B.A., B.Sc. degree 1970. Mr. Black is a member of the Society of Actuaries, 1974, Fellow and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries since 1974 in Fellow. Mr. Black: Maritime Life is 76 years old. We are headquartered
