WENSLEY E. MCKENNEY is Managing Director at Emerson Capital, Inc. He
began his career in corporate finance in 1992, with Shearson Lehman
Brothers in New York City. Mr. McKenney's investment banking expertise
includes private placements in publicly traded companies, mergers and
acquisitions advice and debt restructuring in the private market. He has
completed private placement financing transactions ranging in size from
$2 million to $30 million. During his tenure at Smith Barney, Inc., he
established extensive relationships with many of the largest
institutional investors in the United States. After three years with
Pacific Continental Securities Corp., Mr. McKenney helped establish
Emerson Capital, Inc. in 1998, to address the growing demand for capital
needed for the growth of many small and middle capitalization public
companies. Mr. McKenney is a graduate of Tulane University and holds
