WALTER C. JOHNSEN has been President and CEO of Acme United
Corporation from 1995 to the present. From 1986 to 1990, he was
Vice Chairman of Marshall Products, an importer of medical
supplies that was sold to Omron Corporation. Earlier, he was a
partner in the private equity group at Smith Barney. He has BS
and MS degrees from Cornell and an MBA from Columbia. Profile
