VINCE CAPOBIANCO, President and CEO of The SKOR Food Group Inc., co-
founded Derry Foods Limited, which is the 100% owned operating
subsidiary of the publicly quoted firm, The SKOR Food Group Inc., in
1986. Since inception, Mr. Capobianco has successfully guided SKOR
through six strategic acquisitions and a reverse takeover which provided
access to the public markets. A graduate of George Brown College, Mr.
Capobianco has successfully founded, operated and profitably sold three
manufacturing corporations in a span of 25 years. Profile
