UELI LAUPPER has been Chief Executive Officer of Swissray America, Inc.
since July 1998. Swissray America is a subsidiary of Swissray
International.He has established a countrywide distribution network of a
direct and indirect sales force and implemented a matrix company
structure for Swissray America for business lines and territories. Mr.
Laupper reorganized the company and merged Swissray Information
Solutions and Swissray Medical Systems into Swissray America, Inc. From
September 1997 to June 1998, he was Vice President International Sales &
Marketing of Swissray International, Inc. Mr. Laupper entered into a
global distribution network with a multinational company for Swissray
products. From July 1995 to September 1997, he was Chief Executive
Officer of Swissray Medical AG, Hitzkirch, Switzerland, where he
increased revenues by 73% within two years. Mr. Laupper was responsible
for all sales, marketing and service activities in Europe, the Middle
East and Asia. Mr. Laupper entered into an OEM agreement with Philips
Medical Systems for approximately $40 million. From January 1993 to July
1995, he was an Export Manager, Swissray Medical AG, Hitzkirch,
Switzerland. He established a distribution network in Western Europe,
Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Asia for Swissray products. Mr.
Laupper implemented fluoroscopy systems into the Swissray product
portfolio. He was educated at the Kings College in Bornemouth, Great
Britain and Business College, Lucerne, Switzerland. Mr. Laupper speaks
