MEIR LIPSHES has most recently served as CEO of TTI Telecom since January 1,
2007. He previously served as one of TTI Telecom's Directors since the company
commenced independent operations in September 1992, and he has also served in
past years as CEO, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director. Mr. Lipshes was
one of the Founders and is a current shareholder of Team Computers, TTI
Telecom's former principal shareholder. He also previously served as Team's
President. Mr. Lipshes has a degree in electronics from the Technical School of
the Israeli Air Force. Profile
