TREVOR G. BROWN was appointed Chief Marketing Officer of Lason, Inc., in
November 2003. Mr. Brown joined the company in 1998 as Vice President of
Sales for the Southeast Region. Prior to joining Lason, Mr. Brown served
in numerous senior international sales and marketing management roles
with Danka from 1996 to 1997, Eastman Kodak between 1995 and 1987 and
Olivetti-FileNet between 1987 and 1986 and has over 20 years' experience
in the information technology industry. Mr. Brown, a native of England,
holds a BSC Honors in Management Sciences from The University of
Manchester Institute of Technology and is a member of The Institute of

DOUGLAS S. KEARNEY was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Lason, Inc.,
in July 2002. Mr. Kearney served as the company's interim Chief
Financial Officer from May 2001. From May 2000 to July 2002, Mr. Kearney
was employed by Conway, MacKenzie & Dunleavy (CMD), a leading Michigan-
based crisis management and turnaround consulting firm. From January
1999 to May 2000, Mr. Kearney worked in the Corporate Financial Analysis
and Activities department of DaimlerChrysler Corporation, the US
subsidiary of one of the world's leading automotive companies. Prior to
1999, Mr. Kearney was a senior manager in the Business Advisory Services
practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Kearney has over 10 years'
experience, including his tenure with CMD, providing financial,
operational and strategic assistance as senior management of Fortune 500
and middle market businesses, either as an outside consultant or as part
of the internal management team. Mr. Kearney is a graduate of the
University of Michigan, is a Certified Public Accountant and received

TWST: Give us a brief history of your company and an overview of youroperations.
Mr. Brown: LASON was founded in 1985. Initially, we were focusing on the
service bureau market, scanning
