TONY SCULLION is Chief Executive Officer and Director of Memory
Pharmaceuticals Corp. Previously Vice President and Head of Global
Business Development at Glaxo Wellcome plc, Mr. Scullion was responsible
for corporate in-licensing, out-licensing and alliances with divisional
functions based in the United States and the United Kingdom. While
heading global business development at Glaxo Wellcome, he was appointed
to the Management Committee, which was responsible for the operational
management of the company, and the Commercial Operations Committee.
Prior to joining Glaxo Wellcome, Mr. Scullion was with Pfizer Inc.,
where he held senior marketing, strategic and operational positions with
assignments in the United Kingdom, Asia and the United States
headquarters. Mr. Scullion holds a BSc in Physiology and an MSc in
Pharmacology from the University of London and is a Member of the
Chartered Institute of Marketing. Mr. Scullion is also a member of the
Board of Directors of Dynogen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Profile
