DR TONY MILBOURN is the Managing Director of TTPCom Ltd. He has been
involved in IPR generating businesses in the electronic engineering
sector since 1976. He was one of the founders of the TTPCom business in
1988 and was its Head until it was incorporated in 1998, since then he
has been Managing Director. He has over 20 years experience in building
and managing research and development teams within the wireless
communications area. Dr Milbourn has a PhD in Control Theory from
Imperial College, University of London and a BSc in Automatic Control
and Management Services from the University of Manchester Institute of
