TOM FINSTEIN is President and Chief Executive Officer of White
Plains, New York-based ProAct Technologies Corp., a developer and
marketer of advanced software solutions to communicate benefits
and human resources information, and automate benefits enrollment
and administration transactions for employers and health plans.
Mr. Finstein joined ProAct in November 2001 as Executive Vice
President of Product and Marketing. He has more than 20 years'
experience building world-class, enterprise software solutions
for Fortune 1000 companies. He combines technical expertise with
an in-depth knowledge of the process for successfully guiding
enterprise software development from concept to a leading market
position. Prior to joining ProAct, Mr. Finstein was General
Manager and Vice President of the Financial Products business
unit at Hyperion Solutions in Stamford, Connecticut. He was
responsible for expanding and developing the market and product
strategy from a best-of-breed applications provider to a
portfolio/suite of integrated solutions. Prior to Hyperion, he
held senior management positions at Banyan Systems and Digital
Equipment Corporation. Mr. Finstein received a BS degree in
Computer Science from Boston University and an MS degree in
