Timothy Ray Wallace – Trinity Industries Inc (trn)

TIMOTHY RAY WALLACE is Chairman, President & CEO of Trinity Industries, Inc. He was past president and COO for the company from December 1996 to December 1998. Mr. Wallace was educated at the University of Texas at Austin and received a BBA from Southern Methodist University. He serves as a Director of Trinity Industries, Inc., and Viad Corporation, a Phoenix based service company and a Russian Joint Venture called SFAT. Mr. Wallace has served in Executive Board positions with the Texas Business Hall of Fame, Dallas Arboretum and Young Presidents Organization. He serves as Director for the Texas Business Hall of Fame Foundation, Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Society, Inc., Southern Methodist University Edwin L. Cox School of Business, Zale Lipshy University Medical Center Hospital, Kent Waldrep National Paralysis Foundation, and Boys Scouts of America - Circle Ten Council. He serves as a Trustee for Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation and as a National Trustee for the Southwest Region of The Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Mr. Wallace: Trinity is a diversified industrial growth company. We

have six main business groups. Our largest business group is
