Timothy Fallon – Vermont Pure Holdings Ltd (vps)

TIMOTHY G. FALLON was hired as the Chief Executive Officer in November 1994 and subsequently elected Chairman of the Board of Vermont Pure Holdings, Ltd. in April 1998. Vermont Pure Holdings, Ltd. is the eighth largest bottled water company in the United States and the fourth largest Home & Office Refreshment provider. The company has instituted a strategy to grow both internally and through acquisition by executing a rollup and consolidation of smaller regional bottled water companies. During the past 25 years, Mr. Fallon has acquired a broad background of experience in consumer products. Prior to Vermont Pure Holdings, Ltd., he held Senior Sales, Marketing and Business development positions with Cadbury Beverages N.A. Additionally, Mr. Fallon was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of New York City, Inc. Mr. Fallon started in the consumer products business working for The Procter & Gamble Company. Mr. Fallon also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Annie's Homegrown, an organic and natural food company that is the category leader in the natural pasta meals category. Solera Capital, a venture firm based in New York City, recently acquired Annies Homegrown. Mr. Fallon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Marketing from St. Joseph's University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Temple University.
