TIM BOEHM is Regional Vice President of CIBER, Inc. He has been leading
business operations in the IT consulting industry for the past 12 years.
He joined CIBER through the DCI acquisition and is responsible for the
Southeast Region, representing nine business units and approximately $90
million in annual revenue (fiscal 2002). While with DCI, Mr. Boehm
played a key role in establishing DCI's market position, developing its
application outsourcing practice, and selling and delivering DCI's first
engagement using an on-site, off-site, offshore delivery model. Prior to
DCI, he spent eight years with Keane Incorporated, a $1 billion IT
consulting organization. With Keane, he held the positions of Area Vice
President of the $125 million upper Midwest region and Managing Director
of the Minneapolis Branch, which grew from $18 million to $50 million
during his tenure. Mr. Boehm led the pursuit and implementation of
Keane's largest outsourcing engagement, and oversaw the establishment of
their e-Solutions Application Development Center. Prior to joining
Keane, he was a Manager of Business Development for GE Consulting and a
Manager of Finance for GE. With this background, he is fully focused on
the business value of the solutions CIBER brings to its clients. Mr.
Boehm holds a BA in Economics, cum laude, from DePauw University, and
received the Jane Robertson Scholarship for academic achievement from
the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. Profile
