THOMAS TROTTER – ORTHOLOGIC CORPORATION (OLGC)

THOMAS R. TROTTER joined OrthoLogic Corp. as President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director in October 1997. From 1988 to October 1997, Mr. Trotter held various positions at Mallinckrodt, Inc., in St. Louis, Missouri, most recently as President of the Critical Care Division and a member of the Corporate Management Committee. From 1984 to 1988, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Diamond Sensor Systems, a medical device company in Ann Arbor, Michigan. From 1976 to 1984, he held various senior management positions at Shiley, Inc. (a division of Pfizer, Inc.) in Irvine, California.
