THOMAS P. RAIMONDI, JR. was named President and Chief Executive Officer
of the MTI Technology Corporation in December 1999. From July 1998 to
December 1999, Mr. Raimondi was the company's Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Raimondi was the Senior Vice President and General Manager since May
1996 and was Vice President, Strategic Planning, Product Marketing, and
Director of Marketing from 1987 until May 1996. Mr. Raimondi joined the
