THOMAS P. D'ARCY has been President and Chief Executive Officer of
Bradley Real Estate since February of 1996 and was elected Chairman of
the Board in May 1998. Bradley Real Estate is the nation's oldest REIT
formed in 1961. He started in the real estate business in 1983 in the
leasing, management and financing of office and retail buildings. In
1989, he joined Bradley as Vice President responsible for portfolio,
financial analysis, lease negotiations, and direction of the property
management function. In 1992, Mr. D'Arcy was promoted to Senior Vice
President with primary responsibility for acquisitions, financial
analysts, due diligence, major lease negotiations and capital markets.
In 1995, he was promoted to Executive Vice President with continued
responsibility for acquisitions as well as interaction with the capital
markets and investment community. In 1996, Mr. D'Arcy was promoted to
President and Chief Executive Officer. He is a graduate of Bates College
in Lewiston, Maine. He is a member of the National Association of Real
Estate Investment Trusts, the International Council of Shopping Centers,
