THOMAS F. MENACHER has been Executive Vice President, Chief Financial
Officer and Treasurer of Republic Bancorp Inc. since April 1999. He was
Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer from
December, 1995. Mr. Menacher was Chief Financial Officer of Republic
Bancorp Inc. from 1992. Previously, he was a Senior Manager with the
public accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche. His responsibilities
included the planning, supervision and direction of audits of publicly
held financial institutions, manufacturing and service clients. Mr.
Menacher also was involved in the registration of numerous debt and
equity offerings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Prior to
that, Mr. Menacher was with the public accounting firm of Price
Waterhouse, where his responsibilities included the planning and
execution of audits for manufacturing and retail clients. Mr. Menacher
has a BA degree from Michigan State University. Profile
