Thomas Lovejoy – Fx Energy Inc (fxen)

THOMAS B. LOVEJOY is Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of FX Energy, Inc., which is focused on oil and gas exploration development and production opportunities in Poland. He began his career in investment banking with Dillon Read & Co., Inc. in 1961. He was Managing Director and Head of the Energy and Natural Resources Groups of Blyth Eastman Dillon & Co., Inc. (1975-1980), Paine Webber Inc. (1980-1988), and Prudential Securities Inc. (1989-1992) until he founded Lovejoy Associates Inc. in 1992. Mr. Lovejoy served in the United States Army Reserve and was honorably discharged with the rank of Captain. He continues to serve his community as Treasurer & Chair of Finance, Round Hill Volunteer Fire Company; Member of Vestry and Chair of Property Committee, Saint Barnabas Episcopal Church; and Director of the Round Hill Association. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Stanwich School and is currently Chair of the Annual Fund Committee.
