Thomas Ebling – Profitlogic

THOMAS EBLING is Chairman and CEO of ProfitLogic. He is responsible for managing operations and overseeing the strategic direction and growth of the company. With 20 years of experience in business management, software development, and selling to companies in vertical industries, Mr. Ebling has earned a reputation for driving growth and delivering shareholder value. Prior to joining ProfitLogic, Mr. Ebling served as CEO of Torrent Systems, a data warehousing infrastructure software company, which he sold to Ascential in November 2001. Prior to his tenure at Torrent Systems, he spent 18 years at Marcam Solutions, where he began as employee number three and played a key role in every part of the business as the company grew, culminating in a role as Executive Vice President of Customer Operations, where he had responsibility for an $80 million P&L. During this time, Mr. Ebling helped grow Marcam to a $200 million company, which he helped lead through a successful IPO. Before that, Mr. Ebling was the Founder and President of Wyoming Software Design, which provided software customer services to construction companies. Mr. Ebling's career was launched at IBM, where he worked as an Assistant Systems Engineer. Mr. Ebling graduated with a BA in Mathematics from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts. Profile
