THEODORE H. KONYI is President of StonePoint Group Limited. Following several years in the business of financial planning, Mr. Konyi initiated a company called Maxwell Resources Inc. Raising over $70 million through Limited Partnership and Direct Participation investments, Maxwell successfully operated assets of over $110 million in the oil and natural gas arena, predominantly in the western sedimentary basin in Alberta, Canada. Success in this venture allowed Mr. Konyi to utilize his extensive business and financial experience in the merchant banking sector. For over 15 years, Mr. Konyi has identified emerging growth small cap opportunities, providing both financial and management support, ensuring these companies are best positioned to realize their goals.
