TERRY M. NICKERSON is Senior Vice President, Finance, and Chief
Financial Officer of ATI Technologies Inc. He is also a member of
the company's senior management team. Mr. Nickerson is
responsible for the overall management of ATI's finances,
including treasury, auditing, accounting, investor relations,
mergers and acquisitions and operations functions. Mr. Nickerson
joined ATI in November 2000 and brings more than 30 years of high
technology, financial and manufacturing experience to the role,
having served in similar executive positions with Nortel Networks
Corporation, where he served as Senior Vice President, Finance,
and Chief Financial Officer; IBM Canada Limited, where he served
as Vice President, Finance and Planning of their General Business
Group; Molson Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President,
Planning and Control; and, most recently, Stackpole Limited,
where he began as Chief Financial Officer and later served as
Vice President and General Manager of their major division. Mr.
Nickerson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgy
Engineering Master's degree in Business Administration from
Harvard University. He is a member of the Society of Professional
