Dr. Terry M. Flanagan has been responsible for Fibre Channel
developments since 1991 and has focused entirely on Fibre Channel
products and business development since 1995. From 1997 to 1995, he
marketed and managed electronics programs and products at JNI's former
parent company, Jaycor, as Senior Vice President of the Systems
Development Group. He recognized the commercial potential for the
company's Fibre Channel technology and assembled the product
development, operations and marketing team that formed the core of JNI.
Dr. Flanagan became President and Chief Executive Officer of JNI in
February 1997. Prior to joining Jaycor, Dr. Flanagan was Engineering
Manager and Special Products Manager at Frequency and Time Systems,
Inc., where he was responsible for developing Global Positioning System
standards for both commercial and government applications. Dr. Flanagan
received a BS in Physics from the University of Santa Clara, and his MS
and PhD from Purdue University. Profile
