TAB A. KEPLINGER joined Brantley Capital Corporation as Chief Financial
Officer after serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Victoria Capital Corporation. Victoria was a start-up private passenger
automobile insurance company that grew to nearly $65 million,
successfully completed initial and secondary public offerings, and was
later sold to USF&G. Mr. Keplinger began his career with KPMG Peat
Marwick and served as a senior audit manager-manufacturing and service
sectors before joining Victoria. He has a BBA from Kent State University
