Syndesis – Eric Palmer

ERIC PALMER joined the Syndesis team in March 2000 as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he is responsible for finance, legal, IT, human resources and facilities. A creative, results-driven finance professional, Mr. Palmer has proven success in the completion of acquisitions and capital market transactions. Prior to joining Syndesis, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Mortice Kern Systems Inc., which he led through a period of rapid growth, and where he established a professional strategic planning and budgeting process, and completed public share financing. From 1992 to 1995, he was an Auditor and then Consultant for KPMG Management Consulting. Mr. Palmer is a Certified Management Accountant and a Chartered Accountant.
