Sunit Patel – Looking Glass Networks Inc

Prior to co-founding Looking Glass Networks, Inc., CFO SUNIT S. PATEL was Treasurer of MCI WorldCom, WorldCom and MFS Communications Company from 1994 to March 2000. In addition to traditional treasury responsibilities that included management of WorldCom's $20 billion debt portfolio, he had global responsibility for financial planning, capital allocation, budgeting, management reporting systems and risk management. Mr. Patel also was involved in the negotiations leading to the acquisitions of UUNET, MFS Communications, MCI and Brooks Fiber Properties. His capital raising experience is extensive, aggregating tens of billions of dollars in all areas of the equity and fixed income markets, and ranging from high yield to investment grade. Mr. Patel also played a key role in the financial aspects of the merger planning and integration activities of the company. Previously, Mr. Patel was responsible for Corporate Development and Strategic Planning at BJ Services Company in Houston. industry the company is involved in?

Mr. Patel: Looking Glass is a company that is in the business of owning

and
