STUART A. WALKER is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Data Return
Corporation, with primary responsibility for all financial management
and investor relations. He also oversees all finance, accounting,
corporate administration, procurement and human resources activities for
the company. Mr. Walker's previous experience with high-growth and
early-stage companies, along with more than 12 years of experience in
corporate finance and accounting, has provided the right mix of skills
needed to manage Data Return's day-to-day processes through the rapid
growth stage in addition to the financial planning needed to prepare for
the future. Prior to Data Return, Mr. Walker served several private and
public companies in the Dallas/Fort Worth area as both Chief Financial
Officer and Controller. He has a broad range of experience in the
negotiation and support of public and private financing transactions,
the oversight of financing relationships and M&A transactions, the
planning, forecasting and analysis of company operations and the
development and implementation of accounting systems and controls. Mr.
Walker began his career with a Big Five public accounting firm, where he
focused on a wide range of clients, both public and private. He gained
his initial experience as an Auditor and later provided consulting
services to bankrupt and troubled companies, their creditors and
shareholders. Mr. Walker received his BS in Business Administration from
the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo. He is a
